Much too often industrial chemistry is being blamed for a progress obtained at the expenses of the environment.
In reality, this simple view does not give the right credit to a different truth which, although less visible, is the distinct example of a chemistry totally compatible with the environment. The Barzaghi company has decidedly chosen to belong to this second type of truth.

   For this reason, we have always addressed our activity to the development of products respectful of the environment, safe for workers and increasingly more efficient as far as the cost of energy and the use of natural resources is concerned.

   In fact, all our productions processes are in absolute respect of the environment: the use of natural raw materials such as cellulose and manufacturing processes ecologically compatible allow us to produce without any polluting wastes. Also, water used in our processes is utilized in several manufacturing cycles, with the consequent saving of this important resource.
   Furthermore, all our products are completely biodegradable, non-toxic and classified as harmless.

SAFETY AND INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE POLICY

   In order to satisfy the need for safety, health and hygiene in the working place for all our employees, as well as for anybody else that may be involved in the company’s business, we have established the Service for Protection and Accident Prevention and Environment’s Protection, in accordance with the criteria in the decree D.L. 626/94 and D.L. 242/96, with particular reference to articles 2, point 1, C, art. 9, art. 4 points 4 & 5, art.8, point 1,2 and 3.

   In order to motivate our employees to strictly observe the directives of the Service for Protection and Accident Prevention as, well as the use of means and resources made available to them, the results attained in the field of Working Safety provide a dimension of the company’s efficiency and a valuable parameter for the evaluation of the performance of each individual employee.
