Pruduction unit

The plant was recently expanded and now has a complete, modern and technology advanced industrial structure, whit all the services that are typical of a eco-friendly production unit certified for quality and efficiency.
In the area there are two cabins, one dedicated to the transformation of medium voltage (15.000 Volt) energy and one for decompression and measurement of methane gas.
The production facility has numerous systems, among which the production lines of cellulose ethers, those dedicated to carboxymethylated starches and numerous specific mixers for derived products.
There are also reactors lines for liquid phase products and several tanks for storage and service (nr. 4 caustic soda tanks for a total of over 100.000 liters).
All production processes are constantly monitored by our quality control laboratory that have an appropriate structure for the research and development of new products, as well as a complete unit for the realization of paper test-pieces that make possible to respond to the diverse needs of paper mills.
Our management, technical and operational staff are highly specialized and the maintenance team is always available for all mechanical and electronic interventions.
