Barzaghi has adopted a rigid quality policy in order to obtain, through a management in accordance with quality assurance directions based on the standards UNI EN ISO 9001/2000, full satisfaction of customers together with a constant improvement of productivity and the company’s image based on the reputation of its finished products. Furthermore, by concurrently developing a relationship with clients in order to obtain their full confidence.
Such results have been obtained through the achievement of the following targets:
- Quality improvement from suppliers
- Continuous personnel formation
- Control of the manufacturing processes
- Strict observance of environmental standards throughout the whole manufacturing cycle
In order to obtain such objectives, with the coordination from general management, the company has made available all the necessary resources making sure that they were applied, and then after regularly checking results. For every single identified target, general management stipulates in an executive review to define and formalize the most adequate forms of planning for the attainment of predefined objectives, and by defining the individual quality plans.
Shortcomings or possible improvements are first identified for each individual area and, subsequently, concrete objectives, both in terms of quality of the results to be obtained and time spent for the attainment of such results, have to be formulated. Therefore, each individual procedure provides an analytical description of actions and means needed for the attainment of identified objectives.
Due to such management of working practices, since the 4th of December1996 we have been granted the Certification UNI EN ISO by the certificating body Det Norske Veritas.
